Roddy Estwick added to coach Barbados Royals coaching staff
Barbados Royals will be coached by Trevor Penney (head coach), Roddy Estwick (lead assistant coach) and Andrew Richardson (team manager and assistant coach) this season. While Penney's appointment was announced earlier and Richardson continues with the franchise, Estwick's role was announced today.
Estwick, a former Barbadian fast bowler, has worked with the Barbados and West Indies senior and Under-19 sides before.
The new coaching staff at Royals will have a new captain to work with as well, with the franchise having appointed the in-form South African big-hitter David Miller to lead last month. Miller takes over from Jason Holder, who captained the Barbados franchise for four seasons.
