Shakib lays his hands on the trophy and a wide grin spreads out on his face. This victory must be sweet - especially after the way they began the tour - beating the world champions in their own backyard. Bangladesh will sleep well tonight. For those of you that have stayed up late to join in, hope you do too. Thanks as always for all your comments and company. It's been a pleasure bringing this series to you. From myself and Sreshth, goodbye to all of you. Thank you for joining us.

MahneelMusa: "Lets not forget contributions from Mahmudullah throughout the white ball series. He has been brilliant as always finishing with the bat whenever the team needer him."

Time for the presentations.

Carlos Brathwaite, losing captain: "Even at the back end needing 30 or 40 in the last three, we could have won the game. We didn't keep enough wickets in hand, but kudos to the bowlers. To restrict them to 185 was incredible. We can always say we could have done this differently or bowled this ball differently, but sometimes as a captain, you just got to give credit to the opposition. Ashley Nurse was fantastic. We need to be more sure of our plans. Going away to Bangladesh and India now, it will be even more important to execute. Until then, we will head to the CPL, where most of the guys are trying to find their method."

Liton Das is Man of the Match. "It is definitely a big win for our team," he says. "They are a very good team... they are the world champions. The pitch was similar to the surface on our country. This is my first fifty and I'm lucky."

Shakib Al Hasan, the winning captain, is also Man of the Series. "Unbelievable effort from the boys. After losing the first game, we showed a lot of character," he says. "Everybody believed we could come back. We were facing the world champions, and we showed great character. I think I was batting well throughout the series. I was hitting the ball well, which also helped me bowl well and captain well. Even the guys not playing put their heart into it and tried to help in whatever way they could. Couldn't have asked for anything more. We have been doing well in ODIs for the last 3-4 years, since the 2015 World Cup. This T20 series win now gives us the confidence that we can perform well in T20s as well. We now need to work on Test cricket. We are already doing well at home, now we need to go outside home and start winning Test matches. We never felt like we were away from home thanks to the fans. They were like the 12th man."

Istiak Alif: "Bangladesh Do really Have Some Good Talents with lots of potentials. But The Problem is, they are not Performing Regurarly. Look At Liton, He has played a blinder today but I am pretty sure he will be off color in next couple of games! that's the problem of Bangladesh cricket now. Hopefully They will come out of it and if they can, they will be a much stronger team!"

12.06am Peter Della Penna, our correspondent at the ground, says: "Handshakes happening now i think. Bangladesh guys are celebrating. It's over, post match setup happening. Shakib just ran out to the middle to rip a stump out."

Officially called off. Bangladesh win the match, and the series. This is a terrific turnaround after getting smashed in the Tests to kick off the tour. They have clinched both limited-overs series. Wlid scenes in the Bangladesh dressing room. This has been a tour to savour. A rare double away from home. They have played some top-flight cricket.. led by their seniors - Tamim Iqbal and Shakib Al Hasan. Shakib was especially brilliant, contributing with both bat and ball, while Tamim's imperious form at the top often set up victories for them. Bangladesh win by 19 runs Stay tuned.. we will bring you the presentations.

From Peter: "Bangladesh players now doing a victory lap around the whole of the ground. they've started with the east grandstand now heading out to the north mound where fans have stayed through the rain with no protection out there to give a huge ovation to the Bangladesh squad."

12.03am The umpires have just come back from an inspection. The supersopper still working away the surface moisture.

11.55pm Turns out that was another very brief shower. It has ceased now and the supersopper is out working on removing the surface moisture off the covers.

11.45pm Rain hammering down now. Seems like we will be off. Yup, players are off and the covers are being pulled on. Given the intensity of this shower, got to wonder if there are realistically any chances of a resumption. Time can be extended by 30 minutes. West Indies currently are 19 runs behind. But was Russell's wicket the final nail? Hard to see West Indies bouncing back from here. Definitely Bangladesh's game to lose from here. Was a brutal knock while it lasted. But too much on the shoulders of one man. West Indies' batting has been underwhelming today.

Update on Nazmul: Word is that Nazmul Islam will play no further part in the match. He has lacerations in four places on his left-hand.

Zeeshan Mahmud: "Someone call the janitor, it's clean up time. As Danny might say."

Merin Kumar: "So Sowmya Sarkar to bowl last over of the Series.. Nidhas Trophy Finals again? "

Zeeshan Mahmud: "Just curious if Nurse does well, do you still say "Just what the doctor ordered?""

gone, Russell's gone.. there's the big wicket. And it's a full toss that's done it. Russell's furious with himself. This is a low full toss, not an easy height to play at. Russell punches it straight down but long-off catches it at the edge of the boundary
