The Vics have held on to take the points at Bellerive. They have won this match by 20 runs to arrest a slide in the Ford Ranger Cup after losing their previous four matches.

The games was set up by Victoria's batting. Brad Hodge was outstanding and a clear Man of the Match with 139. David Hussey played beautifully for 93.

Tasmania were brave. Travis Birt's 97 was outstanding but ultimately 327 was too big a mountain to climb.
