12:30pm A comprehensive eight-wicket win for India to be the first team in the final of the inaugural Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup. Sehrawat yet again asserted her class with a third half-century in the competition, steering India in the chase after they loss Shafali early. But it was all set up by the bowlers - led by Chopra's three-for - that restricted New Zealand to a mere 107. It was always going to be an uphill task thereon to defend it.
It is a young Indian team, remember. They soak in the moment and pose for photographs. Wave to their supporters in the crowd. Lots of smiles and why not. They will await the winner of the next semi-final - England versus Australia - in the title-clash day after tomorrow.
