Borren skips out, and lifts the length ball all the way over the deep midwicket boundary, sealing the win in style
U.A.E. vs Netherlands, 13th Match, Group B at Edinburgh, Jul 12 2015 - Ball by Ball Commentary
Netherlands won by 7 wickets (with 17 balls remaining)
That is all from this game. Good bye
Mohammad Tauqir: "119 was never enough on this wicket, we tried to drag it, bowlers bowled well, took it to the 18th over, this is a 140-plus wicket. The batting is struggling overall. A single batsman scored 30, the others were all below 20. Their spinners bowled well in the middle overs, choked us, just one partnership. It is the lack of partnerships. We still have some opportunity to qualify. We need to play fearless cricket now, not much pressure, we know we have to win every game now."
Peter Borren: "Pretty good allround performance, pretty disciplined, happy to get two wins in two days. We were pretty much under control. About three overs to go, that is comfortable in T20. We may have struggled to rotate strike for a bit but that did not matter in the end. We were pretty good at the end of our bowling innings, we defended the short boundary with the wind well, we were disciplined, we haven't been so good last two games, that is a bonus for me. Could not fault the fielding. We are in great shape going forward. Wish we could have played all our games on a wicket like this."
Roelof van der Merwe is the Man of the Match. RVDM: "Our bowling unit has been very consistent over a period of time, always nice to chase a score like this convincingly. They have made me feel at home from the start, I have fitted in nicely, we have a good bunch, a guy like Rippon bowling at the other end helps me get wickets."
UAE fought with the ball but they just did not have enough on the board to run Netherlands close. Ben Cooper carried Netherlands through a quiet period against spin, and Peter Borren arrived to wrap up proceedings with nearly three overs left. Second win for Netherlands, and third successive loss for UAE.

another thick inside edge to deep square as he goes after a full one
goes back in the crease to work it to long on

attacks a full one, off a thick inside edge to deep midwicket
down the track, this is slanted into his pads, he awkwardly nudges it square
that will help, widish ball, he was already making some room and makes sure he punches it well wide of the sweeper
punches a length ball straight to the bowler
slanted in full, nudged through midwicket
paddles a full delivery off his pads fine down the leg side
Swart's struggle has ended finally, went down to try a slog-sweep, missed the pitched up delivery, which crashed into middle
flighted really full outside off, guided to point
Tauqir goes for maximum last ball of a tight spell, as Cooper gets down on his knee and connects well on the slog-sweep, sends it over deep midwicket
