19.2 to R Shepherd, Pinned in front of all three, given lbw. Shepherd reviews but continues to walk anyway. Was a yorker that landed on the crease, in front of middle, and hit low on the back leg. The front foot was well outside leg as he tried to lift it over square leg. Ball went under the bat, it's smashing middle and off according to Hawk-Eye's prediction.. 188/7 19.4 to KH Pandya, Slot ball, but Krunal finds long-on! PBKS pulling it back bigtime. Attempted yorker was on middle and leg, Krunal showed all his stumps, gave the lofted on-drive all his power. Sliced it in the end, bat face opened on impact. Low-ish catch for Shreyas. 189/8 19.6 to B Kumar, Perfect finish for PBKS, three runs and three wickets off the final over! Low full toss... taken at long-on. Middle-stump ball, Bhuvi tried to drive over long-on. Like Krunal, got it a touch too low. 190/9
4 | 0 | 48 | 3 | 12.00 | 9 | 3 | 4 | 3 | 0 | |
1.4 to PD Salt, Straight up and Shreyas has taken such an important catch back-peddling. On the fuller side out length nibbling away ever so late outside off at 127.7kph. Salt looks to go up and over, but gets it off the toe-end of the bat. The ball balloons straight up as Shreyas runs back, then back-pedals and hangs on. 18/1 10.5 to RM Patidar, Jamieson celebrappeals with good reason. Pins Patidar in front with a 132ks yorker, it landed just in front of the crease but Paitdar didn't take a forward stride. Moved a touch towards off stump and tried to flick it off middle stump. Both feet were close, one in front of the other, so he couldn't maintain balance.. 96/3 16.5 to LS Livingstone, They die down as Jamieson hits the back pad. That looked dead. Was a full toss that hit the back thigh, impact in front of middle and leg, hitting leg. A missed yorker, Livingstone stood firmly in front of leg stump and tried to pick it up behind square. Beaten on the inside edge.. 167/5
4 | 0 | 35 | 1 | 8.75 | 3 | 2 | 1 | 2 | 0 | |
14.5 to V Kohli, Kohli can't make up for the slow start! Omarzai runs three pitches over to midwicket and takes a sliding catch. He took it with both hands, grazed the ground and kept the ball in possession. Was a 127ks bumper at fifth stump, Kohli tried to pull it but it got big on him. Omarzai might've run his fingers across the ball there, might've spun in a bit. Hit the sticker of the bat. 131/4
4 | 0 | 30 | 1 | 7.50 | 5 | 2 | 0 | 2 | 0 | |
17.4 to JM Sharma, Off bail's trimmed, Jitesh's cameo ends! Seam-up 134ks length ball lands on fourth, may have seamed in a touch. Jitesh tried to slog over long-on, edged it onto his back leg and it just kissed the stumps. Vyshak shapes to punch the air but holds himself back. 171/6
4 | 0 | 37 | 1 | 9.25 | 3 | 1 | 2 | 0 | 0 | |
6.2 to MA Agarwal, Straight down the throat of deep backward square leg and Chahal takes two balls to strike. Marginally short on leg stump, Mayank stays deep in the crease, and looks to sweep this away. The extra bounce from Chahal does him in, though. Takes the top-edge and Arshdeep barely had to move.. 56/2 |

16.2 to N Wadhera, Wadhera's misery ends, fans are ecstatic. Krunal's pumped too, takes the catch running in from deep cover and pumps his fists in delight. Was a full, wide 134ks ball. Close to the tramline. Wadhera had an open stance and then didn't get across, tried to reach out with his hands. Toed the lofted drive. 136/5 16.4 to MP Stoinis, Six and out for Stoinis, he whacks the turf with his bat. The reach wasn't enough to scythe this wide yorker in the gap, found short third. Bread-basket catch for Dayal. Fielders and crowd are jubilant. Kohli turns to the AB de Villiers ,smiling outside the boundary, and pumps his fists.. 142/6

17.2 to Azmatullah Omarzai, Proper collapse on now! Taken at short third, the cheers from the crowd is wowing ABD. Was an 116ks cutter, full on fourth. Omarzai, with an open stance, tried to slug it over cow corner. Top edged it to short third. Bhandage, the sub fielder, takes it. 145/7

4.6 to P Arya, There's the wicket RCB have been searching for and Salt has produced a moment of absolute brilliance to get that. Back of a length ball on middle stump at 141kph. Arya picks this up towards the deep square leg fence. Salt, who is stationed behind square, hares to his right at speed, takes the catch reverse-cupped, throws the ball up in the air as he loses balance and goes over the ropes. Then comes back into the field of play to complete it. Exemplary! And the reaction from the RCB fielders shows how much that wicket means to them. 43/1
4 | 0 | 17 | 2 | 4.25 | 12 | 0 | 1 | 0 | 0 | |
8.3 to Prabhsimran Singh, The pressure gets the better of Prabhsimran and RCB have another opening. Slower through the air at 80.9kph on middle stump, getting it to turn away late. Prabhsimran charges down, does not reach the pitch as he attempts a wild hoick across the line. Gets a big top edge and Bhuvneshwar at point takes a simple catch. 72/2 12.1 to JP Inglis, Krunal's winning it for RCB, he started the wicket flow and now has Inglis caught at the long-on boundary. He charges towards the fielder as RCB party. Livingstone, on the boundary, moved to the right and snaffled it over his right shoulder. Inglis tried to make the play by making room and dancing down early, got a 100ks fullish ball angling in, bat-face turned inwards. Inglis was jumping, trying to will it over the boundary. Can't. 98/4

9.4 to SS Iyer, That's a body blow! Iyer has gone for 1 and RCB are right on top. That was almost a nothing delivery. Good length ball scrambled seam well outside off at 137kph. Shreyas plays a lazy cut, gets a thick edge and Jitesh has taken the simplest of catches. No Shreyas magic tonight and my word, there is bedlam in Ahmedabad at the moment.. 79/3 |
