Scorecard summary
North-West Warriors298/7(50 overs)
Northern Knights236/10(48.1 overs)

If the Warriors batting was a team effort, the Knights wasn't. Apart from Lawlor's 95, the next highest score was Georgeson with 22. Not what you need when you are chasing nearly 300!

With Stirling, McCollum and Tector falling early, it was always going to be an uphill battle. Young was the pick of the Warrior's bowlers and ended up with four wickets, although with eight bowlers used, the wicket's were spread around.

The great news for the Warriors is that they took the last week just in time to pick up a bonus point. Moves them onto 9 points and top of the table on NRR from the Lightning.

William McClintock quite rightly picked up the player of the match award for his unbeaten 72.

Thursday sees the next game as the Reds travel to Pembroke to take on this Lightning, I hope that you can join me then. Until then, I'm off to practice some fielding, this is Justin saying goodnight from Stormont!

Olphert to White, OUT

Olphert comes back on for his second over, only needs one ball to wrap things up! White looks to drive the ball and misses. The bails go flying again and the Warriors win!
