18.2 to MRJ Watt, gone, hits it straight to extra-cover. Full, slanting away from the stumps, and Watt is leaning back, looking to thrash this past or over Stoinis on the edge of the circle, but he doesn't get as much elevation as he wants, or the placement that he wants either side of the fielder. 141/8
4 | 0 | 23 | 2 | 5.75 | 10 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 0 | |
1.4 to OJ Hairs, straight up in the air, taken at mid-off! Bartlett gets the first one, as he often does. Sort of a length, Hairs swipes across the line and the top edge provides a simple catch for Marsh. 8/1 6.4 to B McMullen, taken at deep cover! He uses his feet, comes down on the line of leg stump to open up the off side, lofts the drive and can't get the distance as the sweeper, Fraser-McGurk, judges it nicely. 62/3
4 | 0 | 39 | 3 | 9.75 | 10 | 5 | 1 | 1 | 0 | |
5.4 to HG Munsey, edged, superb catch from Inglis! Big wicket. Pushed across outside off, back of a length, Munsey keeps swinging hard, takes an outside edge and Inglis leaps high to his left. 52/2 17.5 to J Jarvis, slower offcutter wide of off stump, and that induces the mishit from Jarvis. Was looking to hit that over the covers, probably, but he's through his shot early and ends up spooning it high in the air for Green to catch running in from long-on. 139/7 19.2 to C Cassell, slower offcutter wide of off stump, and that delivery has produced a second wicket in as many overs. Cassell looks to hit it over the covers, and ends up slicing it high in the air, to the left of cover, where Marsh completes a nice tumbling catch. 145/9
4 | 0 | 33 | 2 | 8.25 | 9 | 2 | 2 | 0 | 0 | |
11.5 to RD Berrington, tossed up slower outside off, and the change of pace produces the mishit. Doesn't quite get hold of the loft over the covers, ends up skewing it high to the left of long-off, who's stationed quite wide, and Bartlett completes a well-judged running catch. 101/4 15.1 to MA Leask, too full to sweep, and Zampa's confident lbw appeal is upheld! The question is whether Leask got himself far enough across for the impact to be outside off stump, but the answer is no. That struck him right in front of the stumps, almost on the full. 117/6

14.1 to MH Cross, gone, seemed to time this well but picked out the man at deep midwicket. Length ball angling into the stumps, and he flicks it in the air, to the right of Bartlett on the boundary. 113/5 |

0.3 to J Fraser-McGurk, great catch! Scotland have an early one. JFM gets a duck on debut. Just short of a length, aims to pull over midwicket, gets it a long way in the air and Cassell takes a superb catch. 0/1

6.1 to MR Marsh, and as soon as spin comes on and the field goes back, a fielder magically appears to catch the airborne ball. Full, angling into middle and leg. Looks to launch this inside-out, doesn't quite get as much power or elevation on the shot as he'd like, and he hits it to the left of long-off, where the fielder completes a good, tumbling effort. 113/2 6.6 to TM Head, two wickets in the over! Fired in flat and full at off stump, and it's too full for Head to get the elevation he wants as he looks to launch this over long-on. Ends up hitting it down that fielder's throat. What an innings this was. 80 off just 25 balls. 123/3
