Nick James and Robert Croft struck half-centuries to take their team's score to 172 before declaring, and set West Indies a target of 283. In their response, West Indies reached 54 for 1 in 10 overs before play ended. Glamorgan had bowled out their opponents for 151 in the first innings, securing a lead of 110.
