5/1 Stokes to charge back for England

There were several raised eyebrows when Ben Stokes was left out of the England squad for the first Test series of the summer but he is back to face India and can be backed at 5/1 to be England's top bowler at Trent Bridge.

Out with a hand injury for the first part of the summer, Stokes returned to fitness and has proved his form too with a first-class best wickets haul for Durham. He will now be itching to prove himself back in the England side.

Stokes was one of very few positives England could take from a disastrous Ashes tour and after their struggles against Sri Lanka, will surely return him to the XI. Stokes will be energised for a strong return and 5/1 is an attractive price.
