Rajasthan Royals v Bangalore Royal Challengers, IPL 2010, Delhi

Things went wrong right from the start for Rajasthan when Michael Lumb was run out trying to steal a single to backward point.

This was Rajasthan's plan after the top order collapsed: Abhishek Jhunjhunwala would try to hit out while Shane Watson would drop anchor. However, with Jhunjhunwala failing to strike any momentum, Watson fell, trying to force the pace. He pulled Jacques Kallis low to the right of square-leg where Kevin Pietersen took a sharp catch to leave Rajasthan wobbling at 53 for 4.

When Dale Steyn came on to bowl at him, Yusuf Pathan expected a short delivery first-up and retreated well inside the crease. However, Steyn surprised him with a full delivery that curved away gently and Yusuf, rooted to his crease, couldn't get bat to ball.

Kevin Pietersen ensured there wouldn't be any wobble in the chase and provided the momentum with a big over against Kamran Khan. He looted 18 runs in the fourth over with the help of three fours and a big six.
