Shuvo to captain Bangladesh Under-19s

The Bangladesh Cricket Board has named allrounder Sohrawardi Shuvo as captain of the Bangladesh Under-19 squad which will tour Pakistan from November 10 to play five limited-overs matches as well as one four-day match.

The team arrives in Karachi on November 10 and will take part in two one-day matches in the same city before heading to Hyderabad for the solitary four-day match against Pakistan U-19. The visitors will then return to Karachi to play the final two matches before returning to Bangladesh on November 27.

Tamim Iqbal, the Bangladesh opening batsman, has been named as vice-captain while Nazmul Abedeen (coach), Mohammad Salahuddin (fielding coach), Azmal Ahmed (physio) and Tushar Kanti Howlader (trainer) complete the officials list.
