All to play for in Kanpur

With the series perfectly poised at 1-1 after Younis Khan's heroics in match two, India and Pakistan go into Sunday's third one-day international in Kanpur knowing that victory would make them firm favourites to go on and win the series.

When Pakistan bowled 31 wides in India's innings on Thursday and the home side racked up 321-9, the five-match series looked as good as over with India on their way to a 2-0 lead.

But Younis Khan's century and some typical slogging from Shahid Afridi at the end secured the win for Pakistan and the momentum is very much with them going into Kanpur. That can be misleading in series between these two sides but it still helps.

India have won six of the nine matches to be played at Green Park in Kanpur, so they will be quietly confident of putting another good performance together. But the last time they played a one-day international there, they were beaten, by Pakistan.

On that occasion, Pakistan chased 250 for victory with almost eight overs to spare, thanks to a brilliant 102 by Afridi from just 46 balls, including 10 fours and nine sixes.

The pitch at Green Park has been described as a batsmen's paradise, so don't be surprised if we see another high-scoring game. The bowlers will have to be more disciplined than they were in Mohali if they are to keep totals below 300.

It's now 26 one-dayers since Sachin Tendulkar scored a century and his dismissal on 99 will have hurt him on Thursday. However, he looks in great touch and with an average of 62 at Green Park, he will fancy his chances of another big score.

Tendulkar is the 3/1 favourite with bet365 to top-score for India, with Sourav Ganguly, who has made two scores in the 70s in his three one-dayers on this ground, next at 4/1. Yuvraj Singh, who is due a big score, is 9/2, the same price as Gautam Gambhir. Virender Sehwag is 11/2 and captain MS Dhoni a 6/1 chance.

Despite his Mohali century, Younis Khan is only second favourite to be Pakistan's top runscorer, at 7/2. Mohammad Yousuf tops the bill at 3/1. Salman Butt is 4/1, Imran Nazir 9/2 and Yasir Hameed and Shoaib Malik are 11/2.

Kamran Akmal is 13/2 and a bit below him, don't discount Afridi, who is available at a tempting 9/1. Pakistan could well choose to open with Afridi, as they sometimes do, and if that happens, the price will be great value.

Cambers' Call
Shahid Afridi to be top Pakistan runscorer in 3rd ODI - 9/1 bet365
