Faisal Iqbal has been named to replace Inzamam-ul-Haq, who is suspended for four One Day Internationals following an ICC Code of Conduct hearing in London last week.
Tafadzwa Mufambisi has been approved to replace Vusi Sibanda in the Zimbabwe squad.
