Code of Conduct hearing

Allegations of unacceptable behaviour against State Canterbury Wizards players Paul Wiseman and Warren Wisneski have been dismissed by Canterbury Cricket Code of Conduct Commissioner Peter Doody

Allegations of unacceptable behaviour against State Canterbury Wizards players Paul Wiseman and Warren Wisneski have been dismissed by Canterbury Cricket Code of Conduct Commissioner Peter Doody.
The allegations were reported following the conclusion of the State Championship game between State Canterbury Wizards and State Otago Volts on Tuesday 04 December 2001. The allegations were that both Wiseman and Wisneski had acted in breach of Rule 2 (a) of the Code of Conduct.
Mr Doody conducted the hearing on Tuesday night and in an interim decision released today has decided that the allegations raised had not been proven and accordingly he has dismissed both complaints.
