Development body to meet in Kolkata

A development committee meeting of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC)
will be held in Kolkata on March 29 and 30.
The meeting to be chaired by Jaghmohan Dalmiya, chairman of the Asian
Cricket Foundation, who will give final shape to the development plan
for the next two years.
Development committee's chairman, Sri Lankan Duleep Mendis, will not
be attending the meeting as its dates clash with the Annual General
Meeting of the cricket board in Sri Lanka.
The development plan will be placed for approval before the ACC
Council that is to meet in Sharjah on April 15.
Zakir Hussain Syed, secretary of ACC and treasurer Muhammad Naeem will
attend the Kolkata meeting if they are granted visas.
