ECB 50+ Championship reaches quarter-finals

The ECB 50+ Championship has reached the quarter-final stage, with eight counties battling for a place in the last four over the next week.

Yorkshire and Middlesex completed the line-ups with victories in the play-offs between four of the group runners-up - Hampshire already having joined the five group winners in the last eight as the runner-up with the best record.

Yorkshire saw off Northamptonshire to set up a trip to Norwich to face Norfolk, while Middlesex beat holders Wales and now have to travel to Exmouth to tackle Devon.

The other quarter-finals see Kent entertain Hampshire at Gravesend and Staffordshire welcome Lancashire to Checkley.
