England's Ashes heroes meet the Queen

The England Women's team attended a function with the Queen at Buckingham Palace in February in recognition of their Ashes triumph against Australia.

England sealed the Ashes series for the first time in 42 years with a six wicket victory in the second Test at Worcester.

At the reception England Captain, Clare Connor received an Order of the British Empire (OBE) for her role in leading the England side to victory.
