HKCA is sad to note the passing away of Mr. B.K. Sipahimalani, the Honorary Secretary during the 1980s. Sippy, as he was universally known, was also a stalwart of the University cricket team and continued to play the occasional social game well into his 70s, being renowned for his straight bat and naggingly accurate bowling.
He was a Vice-President of the Association and a regular attendee at the Hong Kong Cricket Sixes.
He will be sadly missed and condolences have been expressed to his family.
