ICA Executive Board decides on far reaching organizational measures

At a meeting of the Executive Board of the ICA held last Monday night in Lod several measures were unanimously agreed upon which will have a direct effect on the organisation of the ICA.

The following matters were discussed -

1. The articles of association and memorandum of the company would be reviewed by Stuart Elgrod and Aharon Ben Yosef, both of whom have legal backgrounds.

2. An internal tender for a full time administrator / coach would be put out for by the end of the month. Failing the recruitment of a successful candidate internally a further tender would be advertised on a national level.

3. The setting up of 4 sub-committees as follows:
Finance
Cricket Playing
Cricket Admin
Development and Youth

4.A full discussion took place on the 2006/7 budget.

5.The under 17 ECC section B tournament to be held in August in Israel.

6.Hillel Awaskar was appointed as captain of the National team to take part in ECC tournament which will take place in Glasgow in August.
