1. Amla and Petersen put on 209: Zaheer Khan had dismissed Graeme Smith in his second over of the morning, but Hashim Amla and Alviro Petersen made India wait until just before tea for their next success.
2. Zaheer removes Amla and Petersen: Either side of tea, Zaheer got the wickets of the centurions. He did Petersen in with the slight seam away from around off, and then got a top edge from Amla. Two wickets for 11 runs, game on again.
3. Harbhajan rips through the middle order: Jacques Kallis, Ashwell Prince and JP Duminy, all gone in eight Harbhajan Singh deliveries, and South Africa's first innings was ruined irrevocably.
