Jacques Kallis has moved to the top of the top of the PwC one-day ratings, after his barnstorming run of form in the recent series against West Indies. Kallis scored two centuries and a 95 not out in five matches, to add to his four hundreds in consecutive Tests earlier on the tour. He leads Adam Gilchrist, the recent Man of the VB Series, by one point on the table. Following in their wake is Chris Gayle, whose efforts almost salvaged a drawn series for West Indies.
Kallis became the highest-scoring South African batsman in ODI cricket in that decisive fifth match. He is now 16th in the list of alltime ODI run-scorers, after amassing 361 runs in five innings against the Windies, at an
average of 180.50.

And there's a South African at the top of the bowling charts as well. Shaun Pollock has leapfrogged Muttiah Muralitharan, after picking up eight wickets at barely three runs an over. He is joined in the top ten by his team-mate Makhaya Ntini, although the highest-rated West Indian, Merv Dillon, is way off the pace in 19th position. And just behind Murali's partner-in-crime, Chaminda Vaas, is Brett Lee, who burst back to form in the final matches of the VB Series, after an indifferent season.
