Rawalpindi, Oct 30: Pakistan coach Javed Miandad said on Monday that
he would have no objection to utilizing the lights facility for the
Lahore and Karachi Tests.
"I think its a very good idea. Pakistan will not object but a
unilateral decision cannot be taken. It has to be bilateral," Miandad
said.
The first Test at Lahore will be played between Nov 15 and 19 while
the third Test will be played at Karachi between Dec 7 and 11. Both
the expected to be affected by bad light because of short days.
"I want to play positive cricket. I want that full 90 overs are bowled
in a day so that both the teams get even chances. There is no point of
playing 50-60 overs in a day and not utilizing the facility of
lights," he said.
