Newlands CWC ticket sales arrangements announced

WORLD CUP TICKET SALES - NEWLANDS

Sales open at 9am Monday, in the South Club (President's Pavilion).

Public to queue at gate 7, nearest the Railway subway. No person may hold a place in the queue for any additional person.

Packages for all World Cup venues, as well as Follow-the-team packages may be purchased at Newlands : a maximum of 4 Newlands packages per person. (R1100. Each).

Credit cards preferably to be used, although cheques and cash will be accepted (don't fill in cheques beforehand, however).

All tickets purchased by an individual must be purchased in the same name.

The ID number of the person in whose name the tickets are being purchased and to whose address they are to be delivered (in November) must be supplied. Bring your ID document with you.

Please don't send a messenger to purchase your tickets on your behalf : a complicated application form needs to be completed and signed.

Only 1900 packages for Newlands will be available: 1000 seats on the temporary stands and 900 tickets for the grass bank. There are no seats available on any of the permanent stands.
