Pakistan Association claimed a hat--trick of titles when they beat LSWCC by five wickets in the final of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy 2010 played at Mission Road.

Pakistan Association claimed a hat--trick of titles when they beat LSWCC by five wickets in the final of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy 2010 played at Mission Road. Despite persistent rain falling for much of the day, the tournament was able to be played to a conclusion and the large crowd of spectators were treated to an excellent match played in difficult conditions by the two top teams in Hong Kong.
Earlier in the day, PACC had had little trouble in accounting for China in the first semi-final while LSWCC cruised to a comfortable victory over KCC in the second semi-final.

1st Semi-final: China v. Pakistan Association
China won the toss and elected to bat first and only managed to score 53 runs for 6 wickets in 13 overs, cause of heavy rain at night and in the morning the match was reduced to 13 overs for both sides. Jiang Shu Yao scored 21 runs; Zhang Yu Fei scored 10 runs & Sun Duo scored 12 runs not out. Najeeb Amar 4 for 16 runs. Pakistan Association won the match by 10 wickets as Hussain Butt scored 30 runs not out & Gurjant Singh 21 runs not out.

2nd Semi-final: Kowloon CC v. Little Sai Wan CC
LSWCC won the toss and elected to bat first and manage to score 155 runs in 20 overs for the loss of 5 wickets. Tabarak Dar 78 runs & Haseeb Amjad scored 27 runs. Imran Farcy 2 for 21 runs, Afzaal Haider, Ninad Shah & Peter Wooden shared one wicket each. In reply KCC lost all ten wickets for 79 runs in 17.5 overs. Afzaal Haider scored 22, Waqar Dawood 11 runs and Sunny Bhimsaria 10 runs. Dwight Johnson 3 for 15 runs, Munir Dar 3 for 11 runs and Asif Khan 2 for 19 runs. LSWCC won the match by 76 runs

Grand Final: Pakistan Association v. Little Sai Wan CC
Little Sai Wan won the toss again and elected to bat first and only been able to score 145 for 8 in 20 overs. Haseeb Amjad 34 runs not out, Munir Dar 29 runs & Nizakat Khan 21 runs. Babar Hayat 2 for 28 runs, Anas Khan 2 for 23, Adil Khan, Najeeb Amar & Imran shared one wicket each. In reply Pakistan Association make it very easy and finished the match 17.4 overs winning by 5 wickets. Najeeb Amar 52 runs, Hussain Butt 33 runs, Babar Hayat 22 runs not out & Muhammad Imran 14 runs. Munir Dar 2 for 14 while Haseeb Amjad, Dwight Johnson shared one wicket each.
