So well are Pakistan playing at the moment that it's anyone's guess which of their in-form batsmen will come out on top in any given game.
Inzamam-ul-Haq, Younis Khan, Kamran Akmal, Shoaib Malik, Shahid Afridi, Mohammad Yousuf and, most recently, Salman Butt, have been racking up the runs and India's bowlers have not really been able to stop them, either in the Test series, or in the first match of the one-day series.
Now the two sides go to Rawalpindi on Saturday for the second match in the five-game series, with Pakistan favoured to extend their lead.
Three favourites
This time, there are three joint favourites with bet365' to be Pakistan's top runscorer. Butt, fresh from his century in the opening match, ca[tain Inzamam and Yousuf are all 4/1 (5.00) to come out on top.
Kamran Akmal and Younis Khan are 5/1 (6.00), while Shoaib Malik is 11/2 (6.50) and Imran Farhat is 6/1 (7.00).
For India, Sachin Tendulkar is favourite yet again, at 7/2 (4.50), boosted by his 39th one-day century in the opening match. Virender Sehwag and captain Rahul Dravid are 4/1 (5.00), while Yuvraj Singh, Gautam Gambhir and Mahendra Dhoni are all 6/1 (7.00) chances.
For the record, Pakistan have won 12 of their 16 one-day matches in Rawalpindi, won the last five there, and also beat India in their only meeting on the ground.
