Pakistan may have won the Test series but all of a sudden they are staring at a defeat in the one-dayers after India pulled off a superb victory in the third match of the five-match series on Monday.
Yuvraj Singh and Mahndar Dhoni put the finishing touches to India's win after Sachin Tendulkar had set them on their way with 95, and India are now just 4/11 (1.36) to win one of the two remaining matches and clinch the series.
Pakistan, who began the series as big favourites and were long odds-on after winning the first match, are now 2/1 (3.00) and if momentum plays any part in these things, then they face an uphill struggle to win the last two matches.
That said, there has not been too much that is predictable so far in this series and as the two teams head to Multan for the fourth match on Thursday, it's hard to say how the match will work out.
One thing that does seem fair to say is that Tendulkar is back on song and Pakistan will have to get him early if they're to prosper.
