The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has included Performance Based Emolument clause in the original players contract that was offered to the Zimbabwe-bound players Monday.
The new 7.2 clause reads:
Performance Based Emolument
a) For every one-day or Test match which is won by the Pakistan team, a player will be paid additional 20% of the overall match fee including slab fee, tour and additional fee. This will be in lieu of the victory in the particular match by the team.
b) From the overall match fee including slab fee, tour and additional fee, there will be a deduction of 20% for every one-day or Test match which is lost by the Pakistan team.

Slight modification has also been made in the clause 8 that now reads:

8.7: There will be a penalty of upto $1000 on each individual player who is reported unfit or not upto the fitness standards required for international cricket. The team phyio/trainer and doctor shall determine the amount of fine.

Incentive: The case incentive clause for individual performance remains unaltered. For example, if a batsman scores a century in a lost match, he will get Rs.100,000 as cash incentive but will also be docked 20% as per Performance Based Emolument clause. Similarly, a player scoring a century in a win game will get Rs.100,000 as incentive and an additional 20% of the overall match fee including slab fee, tour and additional fee.
The following is the break-up of individual performance incentive:
For every 100 scored | = Rs1,00,000 |
For a haul of five wickets in an innings | = Rs1,00,000 |
For four dismissals in an innings by a wicketkeeper | = Rs1,00,000 |
Four catches or run-out by a fielder | = Rs1,00,000 |
For 200 or above in an innings | = Rs2,50,000 |
For six or more wickets in an innings | = Rs2,00,000 |
