The Redbacks will take part in a 2 day training camp this Wednesday and
Thursday.
The team will travel to Victoria to undertake the camp, which will focus on
goal setting and team building.
"The major benefit of a pre-season camp such as this is that the team see
how their own individual goals can fit within the team goals," said State
Manager of Cricket Greg Chappell.
The training camp combines a variety of activities, with the major aim being
to highlight how team orientated skills apply across the board.
"These camps take the players out of their comfort zones and challenge them
to look at things in a different way to achieve their goals," said Greg.
This is the second year the team have taken part in the training camps
conducted by Canoe Images-Alternative Motivation in the Hattah-Kulkyne
National Park near Mildura.
