Pura Cup date change for Redbacks v Warriors matches

Cricket Australia today advised a late change to the Pura Cup fixture, involving matches between the South Australian Redbacks and the West Australian Warriors.

The match scheduled for 12-15 November 2003 at Adelaide Oval, will now be played at the same venue from 4-7 March 2004.

As a result, the match originally scheduled to be played from 4-7 March 2004 at the WACA Ground, will now be staged at that venue from 19-22 October 2003.

All ING Cup matches between the Redbacks and the Warriors remain unchanged.

The change came at the request of the Western Australian Cricket Association to accommodate a commercial opportunity at the venue, and was agreed to by the South Australian Cricket Association.
