Somerset Seconds maintained their challenge for a semi-final place in the one-day competition when they beat Gloucestershire Seconds at Weston Super Mare on Tuesday.
Batting first Gloucestershire were dismised for 249. In reply Somerset scraped home with 250 for 9, with Ian Blackwell top scoring on 54.
The Seconds play their final zonal match against Worcetsrehire on Monday next week at Keynsham.
