With their captain Ricky Ponting ruled out through injury, Australia go into Friday's second one-day international in a little bit of trouble, 1-0 down in the series and with Andrew Symonds also out and South Africa look a generous price at 6/5 (2.20) to double their lead in the five-match series.
Stuart Clark (rib) is also a doubtful starter and Phil Jaques is standing by to come into a side that was thoroughly outplayed in the opening match.
Despite the loss, Australia are 8/13 (1.61) to win in Cape Town and level the series against a South Africa side who should be buoyant after their efforts first up.
Graeme Smith's century helped secure South Africa's win at Centurion and the skipper is 100/30 (4.33) to do the same again on Friday. Herschelle Gibbs and Boeta Dippenaar are next at 4/1 (5.00) and AB de Villiers is an 11/2 (6.50) chance. Justin Kemp is 7/1 (8.00) to swing his bat for a top-score while Ashwell Prince and Mark Boucher, both tidy batsmen, are 8/1 (9.00) to come out on top.
Adam Gilchrist is now the outright favourite to be top Australia runscorer at 7/2 (4.50), while Simon Katich is 4/1(5.00), and the on-standby Phil Jaques is 9/2 (5.50). Michael Clarke, who hit a fifty at Centurion, is 5/1 (6.00), while Michael Hussey, the other man to make a fifty at the weekend, is 11/2 (6.50) alongside Damien Martyn.
