Victoria have made three changes to their squad for the final-round Pura Cup match against New South Wales, to be played at the SCG. Shane Warne and Brad Hodge, who have to join the national side in New Zealand for the Test series, were replaced, along with Jonathan Moss. David Hussey, Mathew Inness and Andrew McDonald have been drafted into the Victoria squad.
Inness has been in good form throughout the season, taking 14 for 84 for Essendon in Premier Cricket on the weekend. His season tally is 50 wickets at 10.68.
Victoria lost to Queensland by 78 runs in their last match in the Pura Cup, which ended their hopes of defending the Pura Cup crown.
