WA Second XI to play Yorkshire

WA selectors have announced a side to play Yorkshire County Cricket Club in a three-day match beginning at Richardson Park, South Perth, this Friday, March 24, 2000.

The English County side is playing a series of matches during their pre-season tour of Perth.

The WA second Xl is; Chris Rogers (captain, University), Geoff Cullen (Claremont-Nedlands), Paul Davis (Mt Lawley), Steven Glew (Subiaco-Floreat), Sam Howman (Subiaco-Floreat), Kosta Kapinkoff (Subiaco-Floreat), Stuart Karpinnen (South Perth), David Lindsay (Mt Lawley), Shaun Marsh (Willetton), Peter Waite (South Perth), Gavin Wates (South Perth), Gerard Wyeth (Gosnells).

Hours of play are 10.30am-12.30pm, 1.10pm-3.10pm, 3.30pm-5.30pm.

Players participating in SmokeFree WA League semi-finals on Saturday, March 25 and Sunday, March 26 were not considered.

SmokeFree WA League semi-final fixtures are Scarborough v Wanneroo at the WACA Ground and Bayswater-Morley v Melville at Floreat Oval.
