WA selectors have recalled in-form Australian one-day batsman Damien Martyn and fast-bowler Jo Angel for Saturday's all-important Mercantile Mutual Cup clash with Tasmania in Hobart.
A win to the Warriors will secure top spot on the Mercantile Mutual Cup table.
Martyn is a handy replacement for batsman Rob Baker (fractured cheekbone), while Angel - who has recovered from a broken arm - replaces Brad Williams in the side which defeated New South Wales at the WACA Ground last month.
With one match to play, the Western Warriors head the Mercantile Mutual Cup table with four wins from five matches. Already guaranteed a home semi-final on (February 19 or 20), a win over the Tigers on Saturday would guarantee a home final (February 27) if the Warriors are successful in the semi.
The Western Warriors last won the domestic one-day title in 1996-97. Channel Nine will broadcast Saturday's clash live from 7am-10.30am and 11am-2.30pm.
