Essex Insulation player of the year 2002

Essex County Cricket Club is pleased to announce the Essex Insulation Player of the Year for 2002 as Darren Robinson.

Darren scored the highest amount of runs for Essex in the Frizzell County Championship as well as taking the second highest amount of catches behind Andy Flower.

Darren took over the Captaincy in the absence of Ronnie Irani and Paul Grayson at various times during the season and helped to steer Essex towards the Frizzell County Championship Division 2 Title.
