Natasha Miles doing the business for MCC and Surrey CCC

Hong Kong Women's cricket star Natasha Miles has been performing well in her first cricket season in England, playing with Surrey County Cricket Club and MCC. Natasha, who is hoping one day to play for England, has been selected as an 'MCC Young Cricketer' and will spend the full English summer playing and training at Lord's.
Natasha has already made an impression with bat and ball at both clubs. Her father, Rodney Miles, provides the following report:
First Game - Surrey v. Yorkshire at the Oval 10-6-2007
Natasha batting at No.6 went to the wicket when Surrey were 63 for 4 and left at 148 for 7, caught behind fine snick. Her 31 runs were the highest score for Surrey, and for the day, second highest was the England Opener for Surrey, Ebony Rainford Brent with 30 - Total Surrey Score 195 for 9.
Natasha was bought on first change for bowling after ten overs before a wicket was lost. Eight overs later 3 maidens (3 out of first 6) 2 for 21 with no wides and Yorkshire were 96 for five with 3 run outs and Natasha 2 wickets, the opener caught on 24 and top No.4 bat LBW for 9. Run outs were all excellent fielding and due to pressure from the very tight bowling. Yorkshire were all out for 148.
The ex Coach and friend of current county coach heralded Natasha as Player of the Match although there was no award. First time Surrey had beaten Yorkshire in around 15 years. This was first Ladies County Championship game played at the Oval, a good win! They used the men's normal changing rooms, full scoreboard operation and only 10-20% of the ground roped off.
Second Game - Surrey v. MCC - Woman of the Match
Batting No.6 with Surrey 50 odd for 4, top scored again with 41 (second highest 26) and steadied the innings for 158 total. First change bowling 3 overs 2 for 5, clean bowled their two best bats (1 England and 1 near England bat). MCC all out for 60. Natasha played for Surrey instead of MCC to strengthen them, as MCC had a good side - won't make her popular!
Natasha will play 3 games in the next ten days for MCC, including v. Ireland, with 12 more games over the next 4 weeks (if weather and body holds!!). She attends nets/training at Lord's every spare day."
