Zimbabwe v New Zealand, 2015-16

Wisden's review of the only Twenty20 International, Zimbabwe v New Zealand, 2015-16

15-Apr-2016
Twenty20 international At Harare, August 9, 2015. New Zealand won by 80 runs. New Zealand 198-5 (20 overs) (M. J. Guptill 33, G. H. Worker 62; S. C. Williams 3-28); ‡Zimbabwe 118-8 (20 overs) (C. R. Ervine 42). MoM: G. H. Worker. MoS: C. R. Ervine. T20I debut: G. H. Worker.
A muscular 62 from 38 deliveries by the 25-year-old debutant George Worker set New Zealand on the way to a target that proved far too much. The only serious resistance came from Ervine, dropped first ball by wicketkeeper Luke Ronchi off the pacy Adam Milne (4-0-10-2), who later smacked Ervine on the helmet. After taking eight deliveries to get off the mark, Worker clouted four sixes; Zimbabwe managed only one, from Chris Mpofu, off the last ball of the match.
