He looks to tonk it into next week but is nowhere close to the pitch of the ball. He loses his shape this time, though, and gets a thick outside edge that is snaffled up by Imad at short third man. Is that the final nail in the Stars' coffin?. 125/5 19.4 to RS Bopara, finds the fielder at long on! Rising short delivery outside off stump and this one gets big on Bopara. 5.4 to Karim Janat, huge appeal, and given, after a bit of a delay! Length delivery that seems to pitch just outside leg stump before skidding through. Janat is caught on the crease and plays all over it as the ball strikes him on the pads. The ball then deflects and nestles into Azam's gloves too. So, both dismissals could be in play here! And, in fact, there is a slight spike as the ball is near the inside edge. The third umpire initially instructs the on-field umpire to change his decision before realising that Azam caught the nick clearly. Janat has to walk back to the shed!. 32/2 18.6 to DC Drakes, holes out to long off! Full delivery just outside off stump and Drakes looks to smash that one over long off. By then, though, it is too late as the ball pitches and fizzes past his half-hearted attempt, and smashes into the stumps. 37/3 8.2 to KIC Asalanka, soft dismissal! Iftikhar has another! Tossed up deliciously on a full length on middle and leg stump. Asalanka thinks he has gotten to the pitch of the ball, only to see it drop devilishly in front of him.
