2.4 to P Nissanka, Afridi has the last laugh! Similar line and length but a slower ball this time, at just 122.7kph. Nissanka went for the pull once again but the ball arrived a lifetime later and crashed into the stumps. 20/1 18.2 to MD Shanaka, it hardly costs Pakistan. Shaheen slips in a slower length ball. Shanaka looks to go big and gets beaten, and the ball hits the leg stump. Shaheen roars! And then joins Fakhar in an appeal, the two expressing their displeasure at the catch decision on the previous ball. 111/8 18.5 to M Theekshana, nine down, Shaheen picks up his third. The idea was good by Theekshana. It was a full ball down the leg side, and he moved across to sweep it fine. But the ball hit the back of the bat and lobbed up. The keeper moved down the leg side to complete a straightforward catch. 113/9

19.1 to PVD Chameera, Sri Lanka have been bowled out. A length ball homing in towards the stumps. Chameera has a wild swing, fails to connects and the stumps are in a disarray. 114/10

14.4 to MDKJ Perera, down the track and looks to go big. But he is nowhere near the pitch of the ball and ends up hitting it straight up. Usman calls for it and catches it a couple of yards in front of where a short leg would normally stand. 103/4 14.6 to P Rathnayake, Abrar gets another, Babar catches another. Rathnayake goes down the track, hoping to clear long-off. He fails to middle it though and Babar takes a couple of steps in and catches it with fingers point upwards. 104/5
| 4 | 0 | 17 | 1 | 4.25 | 11 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 0 | |
13.1 to K Mishara, an excellent catch by Babar, running in from long-off and lunging forward to complete the catch. Mishara came down the ground and looked for another six. He only got the height this time, not the distance. 98/3
| 4 | 0 | 17 | 3 | 4.25 | 10 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
10.3 to BKG Mendis, down the track and hits it flat towards long-off. Babar times his jump to the perfection and catches it just inside the boundary line. Balances him on one leg to ensure he stays inside the playing field. 84/2 15.3 to J Liyanage, chopped on! Sri Lanka in deep trouble. A length ball around off. Liyanage went back to slice it but all he got was an inside edge onto the stumps as the ball kept low. 105/6 17.5 to PW Hasaranga, the off stump is out of its groove. Full around middle and off. Hasaranga goes for the slog sweep but gets beaten by the turn. The ball uproots the off stump. 111/7

7.3 to Sahibzada Farhan, Malinga provides the breakthrough. The crowd is celebrating as it brings Babar to the middle. On-pace delivery, full around off and seaming in. Farhan was perhaps expecting another slower ball. He throws his bat at it and misses, and the off stump takes a beating. 46/1

11.3 to Saim Ayub, short of length around off and keeps extremely low. Ayub goes for the pull but misses and gets hit just above the ankle, in front of off stump. An appeal for lbw and given, an easy decision for the umpire. 75/2

15.3 to Agha Salman, Agha doesn't last long after the reprieve. A rank short ball and Agha cuts it straight into the hands of extra cover. 98/3 17.1 to Fakhar Zaman, full around off. Fakhar looks to slog it over midwicket but the ball turns at him, resulting in a top edge. Shanaka settles under it at extra cover. 104/4
