LSG sign Adam Voges as consultant

"He is an outstanding person and an excellent coach. He will bring in so much," says head coach Justin Langer

"He and I have a long association together through Western Australia cricket and Perth Scorchers. He himself is a very successful head coach," Justin Langer, Super Giants' head coach, said of Voges' appointment.
"When I was the coach there [at Western Australia], he was the captain. He took over from me and has done a phenomenal job in West Australian cricket. So, to have him involved with LSG is a great bonus for all of us. He is an outstanding person and an excellent coach. He will bring in so much. We are very thrilled to have him involved."

'The bat swing was vintage' - Pravin Amre after watching Rishabh Pant at Delhi Capitals camp

Pant could be back in full action as soon as March 23, when Capitals play Punjab Kings in their season opener

Rishabh Pant was declared fit by the National Cricket Academy (NCA) on Tuesday, after undergoing an extensive rehabilitation process following a serious car crash in December 2022, and now he's back in action at Delhi Capitals' pre-season camp. And, as per Capitals' assistant coach Pravin Amre, "It didn't feel like he was batting after a long time. The bat swing was vintage."
Amre was quoted in a press release sent out by Capitals. "As coaching unit and personally, it was really pleasing to see him bat," he said.
"We have to give credit to him. The way he has worked hard throughout the year is not easy. It shows how mentally strong and hungry he is."

Harshit Rana's chance to impress after working on game at Dravid's bidding

"When I got injured in South Africa [with India A], Rahul Dravid sir came and spoke to me and asked me to work on some specific things, and I've worked on those things"

Harshit Rana, the Kolkata Knight Riders pacer, is looking forward to working with Mitchell Starc at IPL 2024, as well as putting into practice certain things that India coach Rahul Dravid had asked him to work on.
Rana was with the India A squad in South Africa at the turn of the year, shadowing the senior team, when he said Dravid had a word with him. "After spending time in the Indian camp, I see a lot of positive changes within myself," Rana told KKR Knight Club. "You start to understand how one should work upon himself as a cricketer so that you make progress. I also learnt important lessons about training, diet and much more.
In fact when I got injured in South Africa, Rahul Dravid sir came and spoke to me and asked me to work on some specific things and in the past two and half months, I've worked on those things. Most importantly, I've understood from the senior players the skill of continuously bettering yourself."
