Danza Hyatt

Danza Hyatt started his first-class career for West Indies B against Kenya in the now-defunct Carib Beer Cup in January 2004, and his List A career for Jamaica nine months later. However, inconsistency at the domestic level and the presence of some big names on the national side's batting lineup meant Hyatt had to wait for seven years for his West Indies debut.

Hyatt's first international finally arrived in a T20I against Pakistan April 2011, when he was 28. And that came after helping West Indies A sweep the two-match unofficial T20 series against Pakistan A in late 2010.

Next domestic season, Hyatt hit two half-centuries across the two unofficial Tests at home against Bangladesh A.

However, he couldn't make it big at the highest level. Hyatt played his first ODI two months after his T20I debut, but in nine ODI innings and four in T20Is until December 2011, his highest score remained 39. Hyatt, though, was regularly shifted up and down the batting line-up in ODIs, where he opened the batting four times and batted in the middle order on five occasions.

Hyatt was recalled to the West Indies side for a T20I against Australia in Bridgetown in March 2012, but fell for 6, and didn't represent his country again. In 2013, he played for Jamaica Tallawahs in the CPL, before switching to Antigua Hawksbills next year. Hyatt also had a stint with Rangpur Riders in the BPL in 2013.
