This time, instead of falling into no-man's land, it falls into the hands of the backtracking midwicket fielder. 107/4 16.5 to NAT Watkins, slower ball wide of off stump and Watkins, looking to go over cover, can't get any elevation, and ends up spooning a simple catch to the fielder. 110/5 18.5 to C Bisson, slower ball outside off, Bisson goes after it, and can only slice it into long-off's hands. 118/7 | ||||||||||

19.3 to CW Perchard, ha ha! That was a loopy, balloony slower full-toss, destined for the base of middle and off stump. Perchard walked across, tried to scoop it fine, and missed. 122/8 19.4 to B Kynman, slower ball, full on off stump, makes room to go after it and slices it high in the air. Kevin O'Brien settles under it after moving to his left from cover and Jersey are nine down. 122/9 19.5 to BDH Stevens, and that is a hat-trick for Mooney. It's another slower ball, and Stevens swings at it, across the line, and hits it pretty well but not well enough to clear the rope, finds the man at deep square leg. 122/10 | ||||||||||

13.1 to JW Jenner, and Stirling strikes! Jenner shuffles across to play that lap-sweep and Stirling fires it in quicker. Turns in and strikes him on the front pad, and the finger goes up when Stirling turns around to appeal. Struck him juuust in front of off stump, possibly a shade outside the line. 88/2 15.4 to CJ Bodenstein, goes after another quickish ball from Stirling and gives him his second wicket, simply ended up slicing it straight to long-off.
