4.6 to AJ Healy, Illing with a maiden World Cup wicket - and it's Alyssa Healy! The Aussie opener had charged down the track once more and creamed this square drive, but she couldn't quite get the height she would have wanted as this is straight to Suzie Bates at cover. 40/1 46.3 to A Gardner, Edged and Gardner's glorious innings comes to an end! Another wide one, but a touch fuller. Gardner has another big swing, but this time it's an edge off the bottom of the bat that goes through low to the keeper. Gardner departs for an outstanding 115 off 83. 308/8

37.5 to S Molineux, Finds long-on! And New Zealand keep at it! This is a full one and Molineux's eyes light up. Ends up getting a little too under it though, as Sophie Devine judges it to perfection at long-on to hold on to the catch. Australia lose their 7th but they still have some 12 overs left to play. 239/7 49.1 to AM King, King holes out! Full outside off, looks to go aerial but shanks it as extra cover takes a good catch moving to her right. 325/9 49.3 to KJ Garth, And that's the end of the innings! Garth looks to take on the cow corner boundary, trying to drag this from around off. But just not enough on this to clear the fielder in the deep. Australia are bowled out for 326!. 326/10

10.1 to P Litchfield, And she strikes straight away! 100th wicket for Amelia Kerr! It's the perfect googly first up, as it pitches outside leg and turns across the lefty. Litchfield attempts to follow the ball with the bat after playing down the wrong line, but it's too good for her, as her off stump is pegged back. 81/2 18.4 to A Sutherland, shanked straight to mid on, and Australia are flagging! Fizzed through beautifully on a fullish length outside off, and this seems to drop on Sutherland late. She wants to go over the fielder but cannot quite get under it. The bat face closes upon impact too and Bates makes no mistake. Australia lose another in quick succession, and NZ, perhaps for the first time today, are in control!. 113/4
8 | 0 | 42 | 3 | 5.25 | 27 | 4 | 1 | 3 | 0 | |
17.2 to EA Perry, goes straight up, and Perry perishes! Slanted in on a length on the stumps. Perry advances, trying to go downtown. Makes a complete mess of the lofted stroke, though, and only gets the height she wants. Bates settles under it at mid off, and does the rest. Massive wicket for the White Ferns, and they keep chipping away!. 108/3 21.2 to BL Mooney, another soft, soft dismissal, and Tahuhu has two! Australia are five down inside 22 overs! Length outside off and this just stops in the surface a smidgen. Mooney wants to drive but she cannot get on top of the bounce. Chips it straight to Amelia Kerr at extra cover, and she accepts the offering with glee. Now then. Now then!. 128/5 31.6 to TM McGrath, another tame chip, and Tahuhu is back to haunt Australia! Angled in full on the pads. McGrath thinks she can flick this away but fails to keep it down, like most of her teammates before her. No power in the shot at all, and not much conviction either, and Amelia gobbles up the chance at straight mid wicket. NZ with a vital scalp!. 192/6

1.3 to SW Bates, hot knife through butter, and NZ are in all sorts early! And this is Molineux's first ever wicket in the Women's World Cup, would you believe it. Floats this up full outside off. Bates is enticed into a drive but does so while reaching out well in front. The ball kisses the inside edge and then rattles into middle and off. Bates gone for a duck too, and NZ two down with nothing on the board!. 0/2 40.4 to IC Gaze, holes out to long on, and Molineux comes up trump again! This is wonderful bowling. Holds the length back slightly and bowls it wide enough to force Gaze to fetch it. She advances, looking to go downtown but ends up dragging it. Sutherland settles herself and takes a smart catch in front of her face. An enterprising cameo, but Gaze will feel she has left some runs out there!. 218/6 43.2 to BG Illing, And that is that! This was a spun past Illing's big swing, between bat and pad. Well taken by Healy down leg. There's a review but Ultra Edge confirms the edge. Australia win by 89 runs!. 237/10

42.1 to SFM Devine, Is this the game? You have to imagine so! Devine is gone! She goes for a big slog sweep across the line, but this one had the pace taken right off and she's through her swing way too early. The ball gently clatters into middle stump. It's a sullen trudge back for Devine, to warm but not nearly comforting enough applause. 235/7 42.3 to JM Kerr, Sutherland has another! And this innings is folding quick now. Good length and straight, keeps a little low and skids through. Kerr stayed back expecting the slower one, but by the time she swung at this she had already heard the bad news. 236/8 42.4 to EJ Carson, Nine down! And Sutherland is on a hattrick! Good length, pace on and this catches Carson on the crease. It's been reviewed but seems to be a futile one on first glance. It caught her on the back pad in front of middle and it's three reds. 236/9

19.1 to AC Kerr, catching practice for Litchfield, and King has something to show for her toil! This is leg-spin bowling 101 from King. Plenty of revs and rip on this, hung up full and wide. Kerr is drawn into the drive but is beaten in the flight, meaning she cannot keep it down. Reaches out for it and plonks it straight to extra cover. King is on the board, and NZ's chase has hit a snag!. 75/3 29.6 to BM Halliday, straight to deep mid wicket, and King has the last laugh! King holds her nerve, but Halliday cannot quite hold her shape. The length is pulled back just a touch on middle and leg. Halliday has a swipe at it but has to fetch it from in front of her a little more. Arrows it to Litchfield, and King is over the moon. Halliday, after a couple of boundaries earlier in the over, walks back!. 127/4
