17.4 to Sikandar Raza, Raza perishes after a dynamite innings. 18 off 8. Tries to clobber him across the line and a thick edge goes straight to Mayers at short third. 9.6 to C Munro, Miscues the skier! van der Merwe provides the first breakthrough to Royals and he is absolutely pumped up! Man, he has always played with a lot of passion and love for the game. Pumps his fists and punches the air in ecstasy. Slog sweeps it straight to Ahmad at deep midwicket. He has got the big fish, the replacement for Faf du Plessis. Munro would be despondent to throw it away after getting off to a good start. Royals have found an opening and here's an opportunity to make further inroads and stymie the run-flow. 97/1 11.4 to SC Williams, That's the end of that! Williams slices it straight to Athanaze at backward point, the ball was swirling away from him and he plucks it out of thin air. It was dipping and spinning, he gave himself room to cut but couldn't get it past the fielder. 5.2 to R Powell, Has he got all of it? No, he hasn't. This is a massive breakthrough, Powell has been in good touch but he is flummoxed by the bumper on off. Jospeh snags this at mid-off. He was trying to get on top of the ball, looked bit ungainly. 32/4 5.5 to A Athanaze, Suicidal batting continues. This is not the first time in this tournament that Royals are capitulating under scoreboard pressure. They tend to lose their way if they don't get a good start from their openers. He tries to muscle a pull but didn't time it to perfection wasn't on top of the bounce, and is caught by Kimani at deep square.
