16.5 to BFW de Leede, taken at deep third! The first impression was that Perera there was almost grabbing at the ball, even as he was hitting the ground. But eventually he kept it safely, as he fell across to his right. Madushanka bowled on a short of a length outside off, angling it into the right-hander from around the wicket. De Leede rode the bounce, and ramped it late. And the pace on the ball just took it away for another strike by Sri Lanka. 68/4
18.4 to AT Nidamanuru, Madushanka ends all the way at the other end of the pitch while appealing in elation, but umpire Erasmus is unmoved. And Mendis reviews. It was an inswinger, with the ball landing on the fuller side of a length on middle and off. Teja was leaning forward to push, and was beaten entirely by the movement back in. There is a big gap between bat and pad, so the third umpire is convinced that there is no inside edge. And, and... replays show the ball hitting the middle of leg stump, despite the sharp movement. Madushanka gets his second, and Netherlands lose half their side. 71/5
45.1 to SA Engelbrecht, strikes first ball! Sybrand departs for 70, and Sri Lanka have some relief. It was on a yorker length bang on middle stump, as Sybrand got across the stumps early to try and scoop this behind the wicket. But the length was too full for that shot, and the dipping ball meant it went on to hit the base of middle stump. A potentially game-changing stand is broken. 221/7
47.2 to RE van der Merwe, wow, almost an inaudible tickle behind! Given out in what ends up as a soft dismissal. VDM was standing around leg stump, and Madushanka bowled a short ball. The batter tried to get out of the way by half-swaying away, falling on his back in the end even as his bat and gloves were placed high up. The ball took a faint nudge off his right glove and went to Mendis, even as VDM ended down on the pitch. 244/8

3.4 to Vikramjit Singh, And Rajitha with his first ball to Vikram, gets the man! The Dutch go upstairs, but this looks pretty adjacent as Singh is rapped on the back pad by one tailing in late off a good length. It's the quintessential right-arm swing bowlers delivery to a left-hander. Pitching on middle, impact on middle and crashing into the top of middle. And a review lost to boot.. 7/1
9.6 to MP O'Dowd, Drags it on! Rajitha has his second! This was full outside off, O'Dowd goes for the drive but only manages to get a thick inside edge that clatters into the stumps. Rajitha is pumped. 48/2
11.6 to CN Ackermann, slashes away from his body, and Rajitha has his third! Ackermann walks back shaking his head. Rajitha went on the shorter side of a length, while angling it into the batter. The ball landed outside off, and moved away after pitching, as Ackermann went flashing with a flat bat. He got an outside edge, and Mendis took it low for a simple catch. 54/3
48.4 to LV van Beek, well taken by Asalanka tumbling at deep midwicket! He took a few steps to his right, before throwing himself full stretch on the edge of the rope. The third umpire takes a look to confirm, but looks out from every possible angle. That was hit hard too - and timed pretty well - by van Beek, as he got across the stumps and heaved across the line at this slower ball on a fullish length outside off. 252/9

21.2 to SA Edwards, Theekshana has the skipper! And Sri Lanka are ecstatic! As they should be. This one was tossed up slower from Theekshana, and it's the offbreak outside off. Turns back sharper than Edwards expected as he gets forward and pushes at this away from his body, takes the inside edge and the stumps are disturbed. Netherlands in some trouble here. 91/6

4.3 to MDKJ Perera, And now he finds the fielder! This was short and wide, but Perera can't get enough elevation on this cut, as he ends up slicing it straight to short third. Just the start the Dutch would have wanted. 18/1
9.3 to BKG Mendis, Mendis doesn't get as lucky though! And the Sri Lankan skipper is gone! He too looks for the big slog sweep, but he only manages to top edge it straight up in the air and over the keeper. Short fine leg comes around and completes an easy take. 52/2
32.4 to KIC Asalanka, And Dutt strikes in his final over! Is there hope yet for the Dutch? Again Asalanka looks for that big slog sweep. He had tried the same in the last over and missed, only for the ball to turn and bounce past off stump. This time though it goes on with the arm and crashes into middle!. 181/4

16.1 to P Nissanka, gone first ball after drinks! Nissanka loses his concentration, as Edwards nabs a good catch. He had to move to his right - he eventually tumbled while taking that - and did well to let the ball come on to him. Van Meekeren bowled on a short of a length just outside off, getting the ball to come back in after it pitched. Nissanka went slashing, but got an outside edge behind to give Netherlands an opening again, with hardly any room to play that shot. 104/3

46.5 to DM de Silva, skips out, and is bowled! Perhaps in search of a six to finish this off, he jumps out at this length ball dipping around sixth stump. But he swings early, and is beaten by the turn and the dip, as the ball goes on to hit the off stump. Too late for Netherlands though. 257/5
