slower short ball outside off, scythed away to the cover boundary. Kings XI, though, win
Kings XI vs Daredevils, 36th match at Mohali, May 07 2016 - Ball by Ball Commentary
11.40pm Mohit has a big smile. Vijay hugs Sandeep. The Sharmas have done it for Kings XI with yorkers and variety. Stoinis was impressive with his cutters, after making a half-century to carry the hosts to 181 for 5. Kings XI secure their third win, and second under Vijay in three matches.
Zaheer: It was a good game. 180 was just about par and I thought we had it under control. The ball was reversing and good death-bowling I would say. It is a big ground and few errors on the field are bound to him. Overall, I felt the wicket was playing well. We had a perfect start, but it was one of the days where we did not cross the line.
Vijay: We badly wanted this win. I can't ask more than this because they gave it everything. We said 170 was par and we got 10 runs extra. There was dew factor but amazing bowling from the bowlers. I just told them to keep believing in their skills and not think about the batsmen. With Mohit and Sandeep, I was confident. The way they are bowling and controlling the innings is unbelievable.
Stoinis, Man of the Match: The beauty about somebody going hard at you is that you have a chance to take wickets. We will have to keep preparing and keep training.
Raj: "Last 6 overs, Kings XI 75 runs, Daredevils 44 runs."
Harish: "Hats off Mr.Mohit and Mr.Sandeep..!!!"
ganchu: "Vijay brings the confidence to the team like the way bailey did during 2014"
Harish: "Just give away the man of the match to SHARMA.. Don't care which SHARMA it is.."
That is all we have for you from this game. Do tune in for the double-header on Sunday. Goodbye and good night for now.
