Tigers maul lacklustre Warriors

Tasmania started its KFC Big Bash campaign in emphatic style, crushing Western Australia by 63 runs at the WACA.

So that is it from the WACA, the Tigers off to a dream start in the Big Bash with a convincing 63 run win. Paine and Birt did the damage with the bat, before Krejaza, Doherty and ten Doeschate tore through the Warriors line-up

A nice cameo from Naved at the end with three wickets but the Warriors never really looked likely after Marsh got caught plumb on the third ball of the run chase.
