Centurion - Tertius Bosch, aged 33, who was a member of South Africa's World Cup team 1992 and opened the bowling in his only Test, against the West Indies in Barbados in April 1992, has passed away after a long illness through virus complications, in a Westville Hospital near Durban.
Born March 14, 1966 in Vereeniging, Bosh burst on the scene while a young dental student at Pretoria University in the 1986/87 season and will be remembered as a new-ball bowler with Fanie de Villiers in their early days with Northern Transvaal.
He later moved to Natal where he had some success in an era which helped them take two titles. He leaves a wife Karen-Anne and sons Corbin and Ethan.
