Andrew (56) has edited the Members newsletter since its inception in 1990 and the Annual Handbook since 1995. A committee member from 1994, he is a member of the North & Borders Supporters Association committee, the Hampshire Cricket Society and the Hambledon Club.
He helps organise the annual and successful benefit match at Eversley, where he played for 25 years until a hip replacement five years ago ended his innings as a wicket-keeper/batsman. He edited the Basingstoke Gazette in the 1980s and is now a freelance editor, also farming 30 acres at Winchfield, where he is chairman of the Parish Council. His wife Rosaline is a successful journalist, currently working on the Times.
